Ask the provider to demonstrate a mode switch. A Kathmandu student may attend physically most weeks but join live online during college exams, illness, travel or application work. A student outside the valley may begin online and attend selected reviews in person. The enrolment terms should state whether switching needs notice, which batches are compatible and what happens when a physical room or online batch is full.

Both modes must teach the current GRE. ETS lists a 30-minute Analyze an Issue task, Verbal sections with 12 and 15 questions in 18 and 23 minutes, and Quant sections with 12 and 15 questions in 21 and 26 minutes. The first and second sections within Verbal and Quant form a section-level adaptive measure. A shared lesson map prevents a student from receiving old timing or repeated content after switching.

Recordings should support review rather than become a substitute for participation. Keep one evidence record across modes. If physical and online teachers maintain separate records, a learner may repeat comfortable work while an important weakness is left untreated.
