Create two budget lines. The first is the local preparation-course fee paid to the institute. The second is the official GRE test registration and any optional ETS services. Do not assume one includes the other. ETS publishes current charges on its official fees page and states that fees can change, so use the live ETS account and official page as the authority at payment time rather than a cached advertisement or an old Nepal blog.

Ask every centre for the same written quotation. It should list the number of guided weeks, live teaching schedule, class modes, teacher access, starting diagnostic, Quantitative and Verbal coverage, Analytical Writing feedback, mock tests, review sessions, recordings, practice platform, books and the support end date. Confirm taxes, registration help, device use and any administrative charge separately.

Evaluate teaching and feedback before counting lecture hours.
