GMAT Test Centres for Nepali Students 2026
Use the mba.com registration flow to find current locations and appointments because centres, dates and seats can change.
A listed location is useful only when a suitable seat is available and the candidate can meet every rule
Students should verify the centre inside the official account, save the confirmation and plan the complete exam-day journey.
Start from the candidate’s own mba.com account. Select Register for the GMAT, choose the test-centre delivery option, review the policies and search by Nepal, a suitable city or postal information. The official support guidance says candidates can expand the search radius, compare multiple locations and review dates and times. Selecting a centre should show address information, map details, available appointments and centre-specific policies. Search results can change and do not secure a seat until checkout is completed.
Avoid publishing a permanent centre list. A centre can stop offering appointments, add dates, change hours or disappear from a candidate’s search. Peak admission periods, local holidays and capacity can also affect seats. If the preferred location has no suitable appointment, check alternate dates and times, expand the radius and compare nearby locations that are realistically reachable. Never pay a third party merely for an unverified centre name.
Check identification before booking. The official ID page says requirements vary by testing location and the country selector provides the current rule. The ID must be current, legible and match the mba.com profile name and date of birth exactly; it must include the required photograph and signature. A passport is always required when testing outside the candidate’s country of citizenship. Resolve any exception before scheduling because an ID mismatch can prevent testing and forfeit the fee.
Build the travel plan around the confirmed appointment, not an assumed venue. Save the centre address, map, reporting time, local time zone and appointment email. Estimate weekday traffic, transport reliability and possible overnight stay. Carry only permitted items and follow the current check-in instructions. GMAC’s policies say test-centre administration includes identity checks and agreement to the test-taker rules, so arrive with enough time and the original acceptable ID.
Match the centre date to preparation evidence. Use a current official-format diagnostic, an eight-week teaching and practice cycle, reviewed errors and an official simulation before the appointment. Leave time between the official score process and the programme deadline. A convenient centre cannot compensate for an unrealistic date, and a distant centre may create fatigue or travel risk that should be considered before payment.
MKS Education can help a student organise the readiness and deadline checklist, but official centre availability and booking remain in the candidate’s mba.com account. MKS offers physical, online and hybrid classes, recordings in every mode, iOS and Android GMAT practice, physical books, an eight-week guided course, six-month access and continued support. Suitable repeat classes may be joined without another class charge subject to schedules and seats. MKS cannot guarantee a centre, appointment, score, admission or scholarship.
