Begin by choosing a primary mode. A Kathmandu student may attend most lessons physically and move online during school examinations or transport disruption. A learner outside the valley may study mainly online and use selected physical sessions, reviewed mocks or counselling visits when travelling to Kathmandu. Writing the primary and backup routine prevents the student from deciding at the last minute based only on convenience.

The syllabus must stay aligned. Ask whether physical and online batches teach the same weekly topics, use the same assignments and record progress in the same place. If the student changes mode, the teacher should know which lesson, practice set and correction task comes next. A shared learning app, physical books and recordings can preserve continuity, but only when due dates and feedback remain visible.

Decide when physical attendance adds the most value.
