IRCC lists UNBC locations in Fort St. John, Prince George, Quesnel and Terrace. Many international students research the Prince George campus, but regional delivery and program availability differ. Record the exact credential, major, campus, duration, intake and delivery mode from the current program page and eventual offer.

UNBC reviews international applications on their merits and publishes country and curriculum requirements. A Nepali student should compare SEE, Plus Two, diploma or bachelor’s evidence with the correct entry level. Program prerequisites in mathematics, science or other subjects can apply even when the general international route is open.

Graduate applicants must use the individual program route and should not copy undergraduate requirements. Confirm relevant degree, GPA, references, statement, CV, research supervision or work evidence. Show course-level progression from Nepal and avoid choosing a program only because its title resembles an occupation or migration category.

The official undergraduate application page directs applicants to EducationPlannerBC. Review deadlines first, because UNBC warns that late international applications may not leave enough time to receive documents required for Canadian study. Keep the application receipt, student number and the exact submitted program and term.

Prepare official academic records and detailed course descriptions when requested. Passport names, dates, institutions and study history should remain consistent. If a document needs direct institutional delivery, certification or translation, follow the current instruction rather than uploading an informal scan as final evidence.

English requirements and exemptions are controlled by the current international admissions page. Do not assume a Nepal medium-of-instruction letter is sufficient. Confirm the accepted pathway, test format, overall and component scores, validity period and any higher program standard. Admission English is separate from later PGWP language evidence.

UNBC’s official fall 2026 international undergraduate chart lists tuition at CAD 1,040.15 per credit. The chart also shows mandatory student services, recreation, building, society, transit, health and dental and other charges, with some costs changing by registered credits or semester.

For example, the reviewed fall table showed a total of CAD 16,301.20 at 15 credits including the displayed mandatory charges. That is a fall-semester illustration, not a complete annual cost or a quote for every program. Use both fall and winter charts, the actual credit plan, course fees and the student’s invoice.

Add housing, meal plan or groceries, utilities, Prince George transport, insurance, books, winter clothing, flights and an emergency reserve. UNBC’s international viewbook publishes approximate living components, but current housing choice controls. Do not rely on possible employment to fund essential first-year costs.

UNBC’s undergraduate international page says the admissions deposit is non-refundable except in cases of study-permit denial. Verify the current amount, deadline, required refusal evidence and official payment route in the offer. Do not transfer money through an unverified personal account and retain the original receipt.

IRCC identifies UNBC as a public DLI and includes several campuses. British Columbia DLI details warn that some programs, including specified credential types, must satisfy field-of-study requirements. Confirm the exact program, credential, delivery and current language or field rules before enrolment and again before a PGWP application.

Prepare the study-permit file with the valid LOA, PAL or documented exemption where applicable, current funds and a truthful Nepal-linked study purpose.
