Admission Requirements for Nepali Students
- Academic Qualifications:
- A four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Applicants with a three-year honors degree may be considered.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.3 scale.
- English Language Proficiency:
- IELTS: Overall band score of 7.0.
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 93.
- CAEL: Minimum score of 60.
- GMAT:
- Minimum score of 550.
- GMAT may be waived for applicants with a CGPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years of relevant post-graduate work experience.
- Additional Requirements:
- Statement of Purpose.
- Three letters of reference.
- Application fee of CAD 100.
Note: Applicants who do not meet the English language proficiency requirements may be conditionally admitted through the Pre-MBA program.
Scholarships and Financial Aid
UNB Saint John offers merit-based scholarships for outstanding full-time MBA students:
- CAD 10,000: For applicants with a GMAT score of 660 and five years or more of full-time relevant post-graduate work experience.
- CAD 4,000: For applicants with a CGPA of 3.7, GMAT score of 600, and five years or more of full-time relevant post-graduate work experience.
Note: GMAT scores must not have any section under the 50th percentile to qualify for scholarships. All scholarships are awarded based on undergraduate results only.
Pre-MBA Program
For international students who need to improve their English language skills or academic qualifications, UNB Saint John offers a full-time, intensive, non-credit Pre-MBA program.
